Delivery Policy:
Geographical Area Served:
We deliver to any physical address in the United States. We are not able to ship to post office addresses.

Time Frame:
For local deliveries, we deliver Monday through Saturday.  Out of town deliveries via FedEx are available Tuesday through Saturday. All deliveries are free except for Saturday deliveries, for which there is a $15.00 charge. Any order placed by 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time Monday –Thursday will be delivered the next delivery day. The earliest shipping date for orders placed by 12 Noon on Friday are Monday (with local delivery MOnday, FedEx delivery Tuesday) unless you specify a Saturday delivery for which there is a $15 charge.

How Do We Deliver?
Local orders are delivered in an air conditioned vehicle. Non-local deliveries are packaged with icepacks and shipped by Federal Express. Garden Harvest is not responsible for incorrect addresses or for extreme weather conditions that prevent or delay delivery.

How Are the Flowers Packaged?
Out of town orders of roses are delivered wrapped in cellophane, and tenderly placed in a gift box specially designed to ensure flower freshness. An icepack is also included to maintain the flowers’ freshness and even temperature.   Also enclosed is your personal message, flower food, and a care letter describing the best way for the recipient to cut stem ends and transfer to a vase. Local orders can be delivered pre-arranged when a vase is ordered

Sales Tax
Because Bountiful Bouquets is located in the State of Maryland, all orders delivered to Maryland addresses pay the current sales tax, which is 5%.  Those flower purchases shipped out of Maryland are not charged the Maryland Sales Tax.
